An amazing pork roulade

This looks special and tastes amazing. We take a fine piece of pork shoulder, this cut of meat has the best flavour and the best texture for this recipe. The pork is flattened which helps to ensure it is tender. Then a layer of sausage meat is added, followed by a mixture of peppers, spring onion and cheese. The layers are then rolled to form the roulade.

Finally it is brushed with a french garden herb oil and topped with breadcrumbs.

Roasted in the oven until cooked through it will amaze your friends and family
