Outside customers happily wait. As a busy and very popular butchers we often have a queue out side, you can be assured that the team in side are working flat out for you. By the counter you may see three people serving, in the background, as you can see here, there are a full team working away keeping the queue moving as quickly as possible preparing specific cuts of meat like the example here of a boned leg of lamb.
